ALLAH Ta'ala said which means:
"It is the duty of human beings to ALLAH to perform Hajj in the House, that is, people who can visit it" (Ali Imran: 97).
فِيهِ آيَاتٌ بَيِّنَاتٌ مَقَامُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ۖ وَمَنْ دَخَلَهُ كَانَ آمِنًا ۗ وَلِلَّهِ عَلَى النَّاسِ حِجُّ الْبَيْتِ مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ إِلَيْهِ سَبِيلًا ۚ وَمَنْ كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ عَنِ الْعَالَمِينَ
Arab-Latin: Fīhi āyātum bayyinātum maqāmu ibrāhīm, wa man dakhalahụ kāna āminā, wa lillāhi 'alan-nāsi ḥijjul-baiti manistaṭā'a ilaihi sabīlā, wa mang kafara fa innallāha ganiyyun 'anil-'ālamīn
Means:
In it are clear signs [such as] the standing place of Abraham. And whoever enters it shall be safe. And [due] to Allah from the people is a pilgrimage to the House - for whoever is able to find thereto a way. But whoever disbelieves - then indeed, Allah is free from need of the worlds.
Prophet Shalallaahu alaihi wasalam said:
"Islam is built on five things; testify that there is no haq except Allah, and testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, uphold prayers, perform zakat, fast in the month of Ramadan and perform Hajj to the House." [Authentic Hadith narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim].
"Whoever wants to perform Hajj, he should do it immediately, because sometimes a person is sick, the animal (vehicle) is lost, and there is an intention that hinders." [Narrated by Ibn Majah, and authenticated by al-Albani. See Shahih Ibni Majah No. 2331].
"Hurry up to perform Hajj, because indeed one of you does not know what will hinder it." [HR. Ahmad and narrated by al-Albani in Irwaa-ul Ghaliil No. 990].
