The Agriculture Industry of the Prophet Muhammad- Uswatun Hashanah (our best example). The Prophet of the last days has indeed set the perfect example for all areas of life. His example is timeless, relevant when he was alive, relevant today, relevant until the end of time. In an industrial era like this - the example of a captain of industry - real industry leadership can still imitate what he did in his time.

Take the case of our agriculture, for example, why is it so difficult for our farmers to increase their purchasing power after Indonesia enjoyed 75 years of independence? none other than the absence of industrial leadership - or what was previously called the captain of industry.

This captain of industry organizes resources to generate added value, opens opportunities, and creates massive jobs. On the other hand, without a Captain of Industry what will grow are the Robber Barons, namely entrepreneurs who work together with the authorities to take markets, opportunities, resources and even eliminate jobs through the products they produce or bring in from other countries for the benefit of a handful. person or group.

Take for example when tomato farmers have to throw away their harvested tomatoes or let the tomatoes rot because the price is too low, dairy farmers throw away their milk, chicken farmers distribute their seeds to the community because they are unable to feed their chickens at a price that is too low, local cattle breeders who do not helpless in our pasta, rice farmers who are always worried about the arrival of imported rice that might come at any time - and various sad stories of other farmers that are too many to mention one by one.

In this situation that we have experienced during the 75 years of independence of this country - can you imagine, is it true that those present in this country are the Captain of Industry or the Robber Baron? So ahead of a century in this country, the next 25 years - together we should be able to change the direction of the progress of this country, to take over industry leadership with the real captain of industry, lead and direct society - to create a real equitable development that can be enjoyed by all levels of society in this country from Sabang to Merauke.

How to? no need to reinvent the wheel, just follow our Uswatun Hashanah, God willing, we will get at least two benefits at once. First is the blessing because Ittiba 'Prophet - which shows our obedience from there, God willing, will be opened the doors of blessings from the sky and the earth. And secondly, we will be able to nourish our body and soul and our economy - which will provide equal opportunities for anyone who follows it.

At the time of the Prophet, there was no excess of agricultural production, even then there was. But when a friend who was experiencing excess wine production, he had a place to ask the Prophet - and the Prophet gave a complete solution. Consider the example in the following hadith:
From Ibn Al-Dailami his father said: "We asked the Messenger of Allah, O Messenger of Allah, we have wine - what should we do with it? He replied: 'Make raisins", We asked: "What should be we do it with raisins? ", He replied:" Soak (with water) in the morning and drink in the afternoon, soak in the afternoon and drink in the morning ", I asked:" Can I soak longer to make it stronger? " he replied: "Don't put it in a container made of earth (ceramics) but put it in a container of skin, it will last a long time, and turn into vinegar" (Sunan An-Nasai, and Sunan Abu Dawud with different narratives).

You can see now, what kind of wine-based agricultural industry was built at that time? Farmers do not need to worry that their excess production will not sell in the market or must be sold at a low price. Following the Prophet's direction, excess wine production that was not sold or consumed fresh - could be processed into raisins, from raisins to continue to be a non-intoxicating drink, or if not made raisins could be processed into vinegar - which was not only the Prophet's favorite side dish until his blessings were prayed for by him. he is this vinegar, he is also a side dish of the prophets before him.

So, can't we say the same thing about our mango farmer producers, citrus farmers, apple farmers, durian farmers, and farmers of various other types of crops that all thrive in this country?

Another example of massive industrialization at that time, whose products even became one of the instruments for paying zakat - was the livestock product industry, namely the processing of milk into cheese. This cheese is one of the common means of paying zakat at that time, you can imagine how popular it was at that time - because what is used to pay zakat is generally the daily use in society.

Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri narrated: "We used to pay zakat with cheese, dates and wheat rice" (Sahih Muslim).

What is the lesson from here? Among others, cheese was popular at that time. Then the production of cheese at that time? does the production of the big factories belong to industrial capitalists? Not, making cheese is as simple as - if people of that age could make it at home, why can't we in modern times make it?

Because we don't process milk produced by our farmers, we become dependent on the big dairy industry. If big industries are playing, then they will be economical, if it is cheaper to bring in powdered milk from outside - why should you be afraid to foster farmers?

From here, our small milk farmers must head to head to compete against the massive global dairy industry. Forget our chance to create mass employment opportunities for the production of healthy food from livestock, and the general public is also a victim - they only drink industrially processed milk - the ingredients of which are labor - qoolishon - saaighon (pure, easy to digest milk - absorbed by the body - according to the character of this liquor which is mentioned in Surat An-Nahl verse 66) has either mixed with any substance.

But changing only one side, namely production without changing consumption patterns is also futile because what is produced by farmers is still not absorbed by the market if they succeed in processing their agricultural and livestock products into value-added products. That is why society at large must also learn about the Prophet's order in the consumption pattern.

Taught by conglomerates to eat instant noodles for the last half-century, we could become a nation consuming instant noodles. Likewise, in the last three decades, our young generation can be directed to consume fast food massively by global fast-food retailers. Cook with so many adept preachers, we can't invite people to eat according to the habits of the Prophet and the best generation of these people who live with him?

Drinking milk, eating cheese, yogurt, and eating vinegar besides the habits of the Prophet - and the previous prophets - are also a global food trend that is thought to improve stomach microbiome (microbial ecosystem in the stomach), why can't we do massive things to make us healthy all at once also as a way to achieve food sovereignty in our own country.
