The Fifth Pillar Of Faith | Faith In The Doomsday

The fifth pillar of faith is to have faith in the last day or the day of judgment. The end day is also called the Day of Judgment, which is the end of all life in this world.

Allah Almighty has said in Surah Al-Waqiah verse to 1-6 as follows:

إِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْوَاقِعَةُ (١) لَيْسَ لِوَقْعَتِهَا كَاذِبَةٌ (٢) خَافِضَةٌ رَافِعَةٌ (٣) إِذَا رُجَّتِ الأرْضُ رَجًّا (٤) وَبُسَّتِ الْجِبَالُ بَسًّا (٥) فَكَانَتْ هَبَاءً مُنْبَثًّا (٦)

Means:

1. When the occurrences occur

2. There is, at its occurrence no denial

3. It will bring down (some) and raise (others)

4. When the Earth is shaken with convulsion

5. And the mountains are broken down, crumbling

6. And become dust dispersing

And when the day of resurrection comes, all living beings will die. The coming of Doomsday is a certainty that can not be denied because every promise of Allah must be the truth. The resurrection is the end of the life of the world, for the next phase of the new life of the eternal and everlasting life of the hereafter.

In time later before we enter the afterlife phase then each of us will be in the responsibility of the relationship during life in the world. All charity Deeds we will be calculated and in the Hisab. As small as the goodness we have ever done will certainly get a reply from Allah, so as small as any sin we do will also get a fair reply from Allah. If the result is good then it is undoubtedly the return and vice versa if the result is not good then it's a reply. We pray that we may include the people whose results are good and get a reply in the form of his name Allah Almighty.

In principle, the final day or the day of judgment is divided into two (2) types namely the Apocalypse of the Syugra (little Apocalypse) and the Apocalypse of Kubra (The Great Apocalypse).

A. The SYUGRA APOCALYPSE (Little Apocalypse)

The Syugra apocalypse or The Little Apocalypse is the damage that occurs in the world such as natural disasters, forest fires, mountains erupt and the death of one.

Allah Almighty has said in Surah Ar-Rahman verse to 26-27 as follows:

كُلُّ مَنْ عَلَيْهَا فَانٍ (٢٦) وَيَبْقَى وَجْهُ رَبِّكَ ذُو الْجَلالِ وَالإكْرَامِ (٢٧)

Means:

26. Everyone upon the earth will perish

27. And there will remain the Face of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor.

B. The APOCALYPSE of KUBRA (The Great Apocalypse)

The Apocalypse of Kubra or the great Apocalypse is the moment in which trumpets trumpet is blown up by the angel of Israfil so that the whole realm of the world is destroyed and every life dies.

When will Kubra apocalypse happen?

When the resurrection of Kubra is not known by anyone, including His Majesty the Prophet Muhammad (May Allah Honor Him) not know when the day of the Apocalypse will come. The only one who knows exactly when the apocalypse will happen is only God ALMIGHTY as the creator.

Allah Almighty has said in Surah Al-A'raf verse 187 as follows:

يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ السَّاعَةِ أَيَّانَ مُرْسَاهَا ۖ قُلْ إِنَّمَا عِلْمُهَا عِنْدَ رَبِّي ۖ لَا يُجَلِّيهَا لِوَقْتِهَا إِلَّا هُوَ ۚ ثَقُلَتْ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ لَا تَأْتِيكُمْ إِلَّا بَغْتَةً ۗ يَسْأَلُونَكَ كَأَنَّكَ حَفِيٌّ عَنْهَا ۖ قُلْ إِنَّمَا عِلْمُهَا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ

Means :

They ask you, (O Muhammad), about the hour: when is its arrival? Say, "Its knowledge is only with my Lord. None will reveal its time except Him. It lays heavily upon the heavens and the earth. It will not come upon you except unexpectedly. " They ask you as if you are familiar with it. Say, "Its knowledge is only with Allah, but most of the people do not know.

Prophet Muhammad (May Allah Honor Him) Only the signs of the coming day of judgment.

Among these signs are:

A. Small signs of Doomsday

Among the small signs the closer the day of judgment includes:

1. Servant of servants or slave gives birth to master.

2. Pastoralists of goats live luxuriously in a magnificent building.

3. Loss of science and widespread ignorance.

4. Gambling, liquor, and adultery happen everywhere.

5. It is very difficult to find people who want to receive charity.

6. The time or day feels very short.

B. Big signs of Doomsday

Among the major signs of the day comes the Apocalypse, among others:

1. The sun rises from the direction he sinks (west).

2. The emergence of large beasts creeping Thing (Dabba).

3. The emergence of Antichrist.

4. The emergence of the people of Gog and Magog who like to harm Earth.

5. The decline of prophet Isa AS to the world.

FATE OF MAN AFTER DOOMSDAY

After all the creatures of the world perish and collapse the world, then men will go through several phases of the eternal and everlasting life of the hereafter.

Here are a few phases:

1. Yaumul Barzah or the day of waiting

The sense of Yaumul Barzah is the day of the waiting of man in the grave after he dies. Natural Barzah is a barrier between the natural world with the afterlife. In this phase, human beings await the Day of Resurrection, which is the day when all mankind who have died in the reawaken by Allah Almighty. At this time human beings are only alone, all possessions, children, wives, parents no one accompany. The only one who can accompany him is our charity Shaleh during life in the world.

2. Yaumul Ba'as or the Day of Resurrection

The day of resurrection was marked by the trumpet by the angel of Israfil a second time. Then all mankind who died will be alive again and in the resurrection from his grave.

Allah Almighty has said in Surah An Nahl verse 38:

وَأَقْسَمُوا بِاللَّهِ جَهْدَ أَيْمَانِهِمْ ۙ لَا يَبْعَثُ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَمُوتُ ۚ بَلَىٰ وَعْدًا عَلَيْهِ حَقًّا وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ

Means :

And they swear by Allah their strongest oaths (that) Allah will not resurrect one who dies. But yes-(it is) a true promise (binding) upon Him, but most of the people do not know.

Then the word of God in the Surah Yasin verse 78 as follows:

وَضَرَبَ لَنَا مَثَلًا وَنَسِيَ خَلْقَهُ ۖ قَالَ مَنْ يُحْيِي الْعِظَامَ وَهِيَ رَمِيمٌ

Means :

And he presents for Us an example and forgets his (own) creation. He says, "Who will give life bones while they are disintegrated?"

3. Yaumul Hasyr

The definition of Yaumul Hasyr is the day when all mankind was gathered in the Mahsyar field. Padang Mahsyar is a field or a place that is wide seven (4) times the area of heaven and earth so that all mankind can be in the field of Mahsyar.

In the Mahsyar field, all mankind awaits and wait for the turn to be at the time or in the account of the world. The condition of the human being in the field of Mahsyar is very laborious because the heat of the sun is so hot that it is as if the right to be above their Unun-cantle except for those who do charity Shaleh. They did not feel any overheating because they had the help of Allah Almighty.

Allah Almighty has said in Surah Al-Anam verse 22 as follows:

وَيَوْمَ نَحْشُرُهُمْ جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ نَقُولُ لِلَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا أَيْنَ شُرَكَاؤُكُمُ الَّذِينَ كُنْتُمْ تَزْعُمُونَ

Means :

And (mention, O Muhammad), the day We will gather them all together, "then we will say to those who associated others with Allah, "Where are your 'partner' that you used to claim (with Him)?"

4. Yaumul Hisab or day of calculation

After all, mankind had gathered in the field of Mahshar, every man would be in check and the account of all his deeds while living in the world. As small as any charity of kindness and evil they have done, all of them will be counted in every detail without anyone being missed.

At that time Allah Almighty will lock every human's mouth so that he can not speak, and at the permission of Allah, then all members of the human body will speak and bear testimony.

As a history, we often read that the first practice to be in the reckoning is prayer. If the prayer is good, it will be good in all the whole of the work, but if it is damaged, it is damaged. For people who during his life never worked on the order of prayer, they would be placed in Hell Saqar in return. And for those who often neglect their prayers, they will be placed in the hell of Wail in return.

Allah has said in Surah Al-Mujadilah verse 6:

يَوْمَ يَبْعَثُهُمُ اللَّهُ جَمِيعًا فَيُنَبِّئُهُمْ بِمَا عَمِلُوا ۚ أَحْصَاهُ اللَّهُ وَنَسُوهُ ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ

Means :

On the Day when Allah will resurrect them all and inform them of what they did. Allah had enumerated it, while they forgot it; and Allah is, over all things, Witness.

After passing the calculation phase then the charity of human deeds will be weighted with honestly and as fair and no one feels at a disadvantage. All the charity of human deeds is nothing added or reduced even though the slightest. It is certainly very different from the courts in the world full of games and injustice.

Allah has said in Surah Al-Anbiya verse 47:

وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا قَبْلَكَ إِلَّا رِجَالًا نُوحِي إِلَيْهِمْ ۖ فَاسْأَلُوا أَهْلَ الذِّكْرِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ

Means :

And We place the scales of justice for the Day of Resurrection, so no soul will be treated unjustly at all. And if there is (even) the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it forth. And sufficient are We as an accountant.

5. Yaumul Jaza ' or day of vengeance

After finishing in the charity, the next every human being will be given a reply comparable to his deeds.Then they will pass through the Siratal Mustaqim Bridge, which leads to heaven stretching over hell. For those who are good, the weight scales will pass through it but for those who are bad the scales, he will slip and fall into hell.

The first people crossing the Siratal Bridge Mustaqim is the people of Prophet Muhammad SAW. This is following the hadits of the prophet narrated by Muslim from Abu Hurayrah namely "in the spread of a commandment between the backs of two edges of Hell Jahanam, I (Prophet Muhammad) and my followers first crossed the bridge".

There are three types of human groups on the day of Vengeance:

1. The group that entered into hell and remained in it.

This group is a group of unbelievers who have denied religion and the word of Allah Almighty.

This is following the Word of Allah in Surah Al-Baqarah verses 39:

وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَكَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا أُولَٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ ۖ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ

Means :

And those who disbelieve and deny Our signs-those will be companions of the Fire" they will abide therein eternally."

2. The people who entered heaven for many years.

This group is a group of people who believe and have charity.

It is in accordance with the Word of Allah in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 25:

وَبَشِّرِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ أَنَّ لَهُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ ۖ كُلَّمَا رُزِقُوا مِنْهَا مِنْ ثَمَرَةٍ رِزْقًا ۙ قَالُوا هَٰذَا الَّذِي رُزِقْنَا مِنْ قَبْلُ ۖ وَأُتُوا بِهِ مُتَشَابِهًا ۖ وَلَهُمْ فِيهَا أَزْوَاجٌ مُطَهَّرَةٌ ۖ وَهُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ

Means :

And give good tidings to those who believe and do righteous deeds that they will have gardens (in paradise) beneath which rivers flow. Whenever they are provided with a provision of fruit therefrom, they will say, "This is what we were provided with before. "And it is given to them in likeness. And they will have therein purified spouses, and they will abide therein eternally.

3. The people who entered hell and went to heaven

This group is a group of believers who weigh their harm's weight so that they are inserted into the fire of Hawiyah for a while until his sins are depleted. After that, they will be raised and put into heaven.

This is following the Word of Allah in Surah Al-Qari'ah verses 8 and 9:

وَأَمَّا مَنْ خَفَّتْ مَوَازِينُهُ

فَأُمُّهُ هَاوِيَةٌ

Means :

8. But as for one whose scales are light

9. His refuge will be an abyss

NAMES OF HEAVEN following THE ORDER

1. Heaven of Paradise (Jannatul Firdaus)

2. The Heaven of Na'im (Jannatul Na'im)

3. The Heaven of Ma'wa (Jannatul Ma'wa)

4. The paradise of ' Adn ' (Jannatul ' Adn)

5. The Heaven of Khulud (Jannatul Khulud)

6. Paradise Darussalam (Jannatul Darussalam)

7. The Heaven Darul Maqamah (Jannatul Darul Maqamah)

THE NAMES OF HELL following THE ORDER

1. Hell Jahanam

2. Hell Laza

3. Hell Saqar

4. Hell of Sha'ir

5. Hell of a Hutamah

6. Hell Guardian

7. Hell Hawiyah

Why should we have faith in the last days?

Faith in the last day will strengthen our faith and steadiness to Allah Almighty, because:

• The world and all this in time will be ruined and destroyed.
• Remind ourselves that all our deeds in the world will be at the same and in the account of Allah Almighty.

Then what behavior reflects that we have faith in the last day?

Some examples of behaviors that demonstrate if we have faith in the final day include:

• Always do charity goodness to others.
• Diligent worship as our preparation in the hereafter.
• Be careful in all attitudes and actions because we are confident that all of our deeds will get a return in the hereafter.
• Try to avoid sinful deeds and mistakes.
