Will The Body of the Evil One Grow Up in Hell?
In the hadith of the Prophet saw. it is mentioned that the bodies of those who commit immorality will also be raised in hell. Among them are those who come to God with disobedience and great sins that they commit and some come to Him because of tyranny, evil, disobedience to both parents, and other great sins that they commit.
From Harits bin Qais ra, that Rasulullah saw. said, "Indeed, among my people there are those who will grow up in hell until it is as big as Mount Uhud." [Narraated by Ahmad in Musnad, Ibn Majah and Judge in al-Mustadrak]
From Abu Ghanam al-Kala'iy from Abu Ghassan ADH-Dhabbiy that Abu Hurairah ra. said to him in confusion, while at that time Abdullah bin Khaddasy knew it. Then Abu Hurairah said that he heard the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him). said, "His thighs are the dwellers of hell as big as Mount Uhud and his fangs as big as Mount Baidha" then Abu Hurairah asked, "Why, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied, "Because he disobeyed his parents." [Narrated by Thabrani]
This hadith is reinforced by another hadith that specifically talks about the disobedience of a child to both parents. This act will cause the perpetrator to get wrath from Allah Ta'aala on the Day of Judgment and Allah promises him a painful punishment.
From Ibn Umar. that Rasulullah saw. said, "There are three groups that God will not see on the Day of Resurrection, namely those who disobey both parents, women who resemble men, and pimps. Three groups will not enter heaven, namely those who disobey both parents, drinkers, and people who like to leverage gifts. " [Narrated by Ahmad in Sunan and Nasa'i and Hakim in al-Mustadrak]
Those who like to commit immorality, but still indeed insist on Allah Ta'aala and once testified that there is no god but Allah, will come out of hell with the intercession of the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him), the believers, and His mercy.
But they will still be thrown into hell in return for their sins that have been committed, both evil, disobedient to His decrees, and those who do not worship.
How many immoral people from the group of monotheists [who acknowledge the oneness of Allah swt] come to Him, even though they do not perform prayers, do not pay zakat, and do not perform Hajj, other than the sins they have committed?
They will have a reward, which is hell, while their bodies grow in it. In the end, it is not beneficial for them except those who have testified that there is no God but Allah and Muhammad is His messenger. They will come out of hell because of the intercession and mercy of Allah Ta'aala.
Ali bin Abi Talib ra. said, "Do charity in the world according to your ability to withstand the burden of hellfire in the hereafter." The words of Ali ibn Abi Talib show that those who commit immorality from the group of monotheists will still receive their reward in hell on the Day of Judgment.
