Heaven of Eternal Pleasure
Allah Ta'aala has says in the Qur'an as follows:
وَلَا تَقُولُوا لِمَنْ يُقْتَلُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَمْوَاتٌ ۚ بَلْ أَحْيَاءٌ وَلَٰكِنْ لَا تَشْعُرُونَ
Means : "And do not say to those who have fallen in the way of Allah, (that they are) dead; even (actually) they are alive, but you do not realize it. " [QS. Al-Baqarah : 154]
And then Allah Ta'aala also says in the Qur'an :
وَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ قُتِلُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَمْوَاتًا ۚ بَلْ أَحْيَاءٌ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ يُرْزَقُونَ
فَرِحِينَ بِمَا آتَاهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ وَيَسْتَبْشِرُونَ بِالَّذِينَ لَمْ يَلْحَقُوا بِهِمْ مِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ أَلَّا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ
Means: "Do not think that those who fall in the way of Allah are dead; They even live beside their Lord by getting sustenance. They are in a state of joy because of the grace of Allah that He has given them, and they rejoice at those who are still behind who have not caught up with them, that there is no worry for them and neither (nor) they grieve. " [QS. Ali Imraan: 169-170]
It means that his friends are still alive and continue to fight in the way of Allah Ta'aala.
Shaykh Ali as-Shabuni said in his interpretation, "Do not think of people who have been martyred in the way of Allah. to exalt their religion, as people who are dead, they do not feel and do not enjoy, even they live on the side of their Lord. They revel in eternal heaven, given sustenance day and night. "
Imam al-Wahidi said that what is true in the life of the martyrs is as narrated by the Prophet. that their spirits are in the green bird's belly. They had fun and were provided with sustenance and food.
"They are delighted with the gifts God has given them." That is, they are in a state of joy because of the gifts Allah has given them. they are given pleasure in heaven. They are delighted with pleasure and happiness.
In Sahih Muslim's book there is a hadith narrated by Masruq that he asked Abdullah bin Mas'ud about the meaning of the verse Ali Imran verse 60: "(what We have told about it), That is the truth, which comes from your Lord, therefore do not you. Including those who doubt. ”)
Ibn Mas'ud said that Rasulullah PBUH said, "Their spirits are in the belly of the green bird. They have morning glories in 'Arsy. At any time, they can easily go to heaven. Then they were attracted to the mercury lamp [lamp]. Then their Lord appeared Himself saying: 'Do you want anything?' They replied, 'Is something we want, O Allah? Whereas it is easy for us to enter heaven whenever we want. ' Allah asked three times.
After they knew that they had to beg, they asked, 'O our Lord, we want you to be willing to return our spirits to our bodies, then we were killed [martyred] in Your way for the second time.' After they knew that this was not the case they needed, they left it.
