Association Forming Adolescent Morals

Adolescence is a very fun time, teenagers usually spend more time having fun with friends. It is rare for teenagers to think long, especially for children whose parents are affluent and fairly well-established, what they want is always achieved, so that many teenagers end up deviating morals.

Both young men and women if they are not equipped with faith and character from an early age, their behavior will be very worrying in the future. This is something parents need to be aware of.

There are various kinds of adolescent behavior, from those who pretend to be obedient to their parents, some are secretive when they do something, even those who behave deviantly such as having free sex or using drugs.

But not a few teenagers who have good morals, who take advantage of their teenage time with positive activities, hanging out with good teenagers will bring good behavior too, and vice versa if hanging out with teenagers who are not good it will cause bad behavior , and it should be avoided.

Examples of Problems in the World of Youth

One time I asked a young high school girl at a food cort mall in Jakarta, she was wearing a white and gray uniform and was wearing a headscarf. Not long after the hijab was removed, after a while other friends came and gathered they formed a group of men and women.

I don't know what they were talking about, only laughter could be heard, because their laughter was released as if there was no burden. They were busy chatting while smoking cigarettes, after some people left, one of the children I happened to know was successfully spoken to.

I asked why the headscarf was removed? She replied, "I wear the hijab when I go to school in front of my parents, and when I go outside with my friends, the headscarf is removed." Masha Allah, what if you are the parents when you see her daughter's two-faced behavior like this. Hopefully we can avoid this.

Noble Youth Morals 

It is often heard when talking about adolescent morals that what is often heard is all the deviations, but there are also very contrasting adolescent morals, namely those who maintain their morals well. They spend their time studying and many of them are still teenagers but have memorized the Quran.

Problems that often occur in adolescence are vulnerable to moral damage, which can affect their faith. But this one teenager is very strong in fortifying himself from all things that will erode his morals. 

Allah's knowledge that has been embedded in his heart overcomes all temptations that come, and this moral is only owned by Muslim youth who actually practice the knowledge gained.
