The First Pillars Of Faith | Faith In God

Faith in Allah ALMIGHTY is the first pillar of faith. As a Muslim, it is obligatory to trust the existence of Allah that we can see through his verses in this world. The verses are partly implied and partly expressed.
Also, Allah ALMIGHTY has twenty (20) mandatory natures to be known by a Muslim. The understanding of the mandatory nature of God is all the nature of Allah ALMIGHTY in all the things that the sense of character is certainly, and all things that are reasonably acceptable if nature does not exist.
Among the twenty (20) mandatory nature of God are :

1. FORM

Existence has a meaning that God is, But the existence of Allah ALMIGHTY is not the same as the existence of the creature in this world. The existence of Allah ALMIGHTY is supernatural, therefore believing the existence of Allah ALMIGHTY is included in the Pillars of faith where one of the conditions is believing in the occult (invisible to the naked eye).

Notice the word of Allah ALMIGHTY in Surah Ta-Ha verse number 14 as follows:

إِنَّنِي أَنَا اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنَا فَاعْبُدْنِي وَأَقِمِ الصَّلَاةَ لِذِكْرِي

Means:
Indeed, I am Allah. There is no deity except Me, so worship Me and establish prayer for My remembrance.

2. QIDAM

Qidam has an earlier meaning. This means that the existence of Allah ALMIGHTY is earlier than the creature. In other words, Allah ALMIGHTY is an early substance and a final substance.

Notice the word of Allah ALMIGHTY in Surah Al Hadid verse number 3 below :

هُوَ الْأَوَّلُ وَالْآخِرُ وَالظَّاهِرُ وَالْبَاطِنُ ۖ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
means:
He is the First and the Last, the Ascendant and the Intimate, and He is, of all things, Knowing.

3. BAQA'


Baqa' had meaning lasting. This means that your lord is timeless and eternal. Watch what Allah 
ALMIGHTY has said in surah ar-Rahman verse number 26 and 27 as below :
كُلُّ مَنْ عَلَيْهَا فَانٍ

وَيَبْقَىٰ وَجْهُ رَبِّكَ ذُو الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ

Means:
(26) Everyone upon the earth will perish,
(27) And there will remain the Face of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor.

4. MUKHALAFATUHU LIL HAWADISI

The meaning of the Mukhalafatuhu Lil Hawadisi is different and not the same as the creature.
Allah ALMIGHTY has said in Surah As-Shura ' verse number 11 as follow :

فَاطِرُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ جَعَلَ لَكُمْ مِنْ أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا وَمِنَ الْأَنْعَامِ أَزْوَاجًا ۖ يَذْرَؤُكُمْ فِيهِ ۚ لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ شَيْءٌ ۖ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْبَصِيرُ
Means:
[He is] Creator of the heavens and the earth. He has made for you from yourselves, mates, and among the cattle, mates; He multiplies you thereby. There is nothing like unto Him, and He is the Hearing, the Seeing.

5. QIYAMUHU BINAFSIHI

Qiyamuhu Binafsihi has the meaning of standing alone. It means that Allah SWT does not need any help from anyone.
Notice the word of Allah ALMIGHTY said in Surah Ta-Ha verse number 111 below:

وَعَنَتِ الْوُجُوهُ لِلْحَيِّ الْقَيُّومِ ۖ وَقَدْ خَابَ مَنْ حَمَلَ ظُلْمًا
Means:
And [all] faces will be humbled before the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of existence. And he will have failed who carries injustice.

6. WAHDANIYAH

Wahdaniyah had an almighty meaning.
See also the word of Allah ALMIGHTY said in Surah Al-Ikhlas verse number 1 to number 4 below :

قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ

اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ

لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ

وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ

Means:
1. Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One,
2. Allah, the Eternal Refuge.
3. He neither begets nor is born,
4. Nor is there to Him any equivalent."

7. QUDRAT

Qudrat has the most powerful meaning. This implies that Allah ALMIGHTY is omnipotent in His creature.
See the word of Allah ALMIGHTY said in Surah Al-Baqarah verse number 20 :

يَكَادُ الْبَرْقُ يَخْطَفُ أَبْصَارَهُمْ ۖ كُلَّمَا أَضَاءَ لَهُمْ مَشَوْا فِيهِ وَإِذَا أَظْلَمَ عَلَيْهِمْ قَامُوا ۚ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَذَهَبَ بِسَمْعِهِمْ وَأَبْصَارِهِمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

Means:
He lightning almost snatches away their sight. Every time it lights [the way] for them, they walk therein; but when darkness comes over them, they stand [still]. And if Allah had willed, He could have taken away their hearing and their sight. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent.

8. IRADAT

Iradat has the meaning of the Almighty. For Allah If you want something happens then, there is no need to ask anyone for permission because when Allah wants enough to say "KUN FAYAKUN " be "then it happened something.
See the Word of Allah ALMIGHTY said in Surah An-Nahl verse number 40 below:


إِنَّمَا قَوْلُنَا لِشَيْءٍ إِذَا أَرَدْنَاهُ أَنْ نَقُولَ لَهُ كُنْ فَيَكُونُ

Means:
Indeed, Our word to a thing when We intend it is but that We say to it, "Be," and it is.

9. ILMU

Ilmu has an omniscient meaning. Allah ALMIGHTY is omniscient for all that will happen, being and already happened to the creature. Knowledge of Allah ALMIGHTY is no limit.
See the word of Allah ALMIGHTY said in Surah Al-Mujadilah verse number 7 :

أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَعْلَمُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۖ مَا يَكُونُ مِنْ نَجْوَىٰ ثَلَاثَةٍ إِلَّا هُوَ رَابِعُهُمْ وَلَا خَمْسَةٍ إِلَّا هُوَ سَادِسُهُمْ وَلَا أَدْنَىٰ مِنْ ذَٰلِكَ وَلَا أَكْثَرَ إِلَّا هُوَ مَعَهُمْ أَيْنَ مَا كَانُوا ۖ ثُمَّ يُنَبِّئُهُمْ بِمَا عَمِلُوا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ

Means:
Have you not considered that Allah knows what is in the heavens and what is on the earth? There is in no private conversation three but that He is the fourth of them, nor are there five but that He is the sixth of them - and no less than that and no more except that He is with them [in knowledge] wherever they are. Then He will inform them of what they did, on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed Allah is, of all things, Knowing.

10. HAYYAT

Hayyat has the meaning of life. Allah ALMIGHTY is substances the most alive eternal and will never die.
Notice the word of Allah said in Surah Al-Furqan verse number 58 below:

وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى الْحَيِّ الَّذِي لَا يَمُوتُ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِهِ ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِهِ بِذُنُوبِ عِبَادِهِ خَبِيرًا

Means:
And rely upon the Ever-Living who does not die, and exalt [ Allah ] with His praise. And sufficient is He to be, with the sins of His servants, Acquainted

11. SAMA '

Sama' has the meaning of hearing. Indeed, Allah ALMIGHTY is hearing what is said by His creatures, both spoken and stored in the heart.
See the word of Allah ALMIGHTY said in Surah Ta-Ha verse number 46 as follows:

قَالَ لَا تَخَافَا ۖ إِنَّنِي مَعَكُمَا أَسْمَعُ وَأَرَىٰ

Means:
[ Allah ] said, "Fear not. Indeed, I am with you both; I hear and I see.

12. BASYAR

Basyar has an omniscient meaning. Allah ALMIGHTY sees whatever is done and is employed by all His creatures, which are done brightly or concealed.

13. KALAM

Kalam has a meaning to say. Allah ALMIGHTY has spoken directly to the Prophet Moses, as His word in Surah An-Nisa verse number 164 below:

وَرُسُلًا قَدْ قَصَصْنَاهُمْ عَلَيْكَ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَرُسُلًا لَمْ نَقْصُصْهُمْ عَلَيْكَ ۚ وَكَلَّمَ اللَّهُ مُوسَىٰ تَكْلِيمًا

Means:
And [We sent] messengers about whom We have related [their stories] to you before and messengers about whom We have not related to you. And Allah spoke to Moses with [direct] speech.

14. Kaunuhu Qadiran (The Power)
15. The Muridan Kaunuhu (who wants to)
16. Kaunuhu ' Aliman (who knows)
17. Kaunuhu Hayyan (The Living)
18. Kaunuhu Sami'an (who hears)
19. Kaunuhu Basyiran (who saw)
20. Kaunuhu Muttakalliman (the speechless)

The mandatory nature of Allah ALMIGHTY can be divided into four (4) groups :
1. Nature of Nafsiyyah
The nature of Nafsiyyah is the character of Allah ALMIGHTY related to His substances. The nature of the Nafsiyyah of Allah ALMIGHTY is only one kind of existence.

2. Salbiyyah
The nature of Salbiyyah is the character of Allah ALMIGHTY who rejects all traits that are inappropriate or inappropriate for Him. The nature of Salbiyyah consists of five (5) kinds: Qidam, Baqa', Mukhalafatul Lil Hawaditsi, Qiyamuhu Binafsihi, Wahdaniyah.

3. The nature of Ma'ani
The nature of Ma'ani is a mandatory nature for Allah ALMIGHTY that can be described and aligned with the human mind because the truth of these qualities can directly attest to the five senses of human beings.
The nature of Ma'ani consists of seven (7) kinds: Qudrat, Iradat, Science, Hayyat, Sama ', Bashar and Kalam.

4. The nature of Ma'nawiyah
The nature of Ma'nawiyah is a mandatory nature for Allah ALMIGHTY associated with seven (7) Ma'ani traits above.
The nature of Ma'nawiyah Allah ALMIGHTY has seven (7) kinds: Qadiran, Muridan, ' Aliman, Hayyan, Sami'an, Bashiran, Muttakalliman.
Meanwhile, based on substances or material, the mandatory nature of Allah is grouped into two (2) kinds:

1. The nature of Istighnaiyyah
The nature of Istighnaiyyah is a mandatory nature for Allah ALMIGHTY who demonstrates the perfection of His substance so that Allah does not need anybody else.
The nature of Istighnaiyyah consists of eleven (11) kinds namely : form, Qidam, Baqa ', Mukhalafatul Lil Hawaditsi, Qiyamuhu Binafsihi, Sama ', Bashar, Kalam, Kaunuhu Sami'an, the Council of the Bashiran, and Kaunuhu Muttakalliman.

2. The nature of Iftiqariyyah
The nature of Iftiqariyyah is mandatory nature for Allah ALMIGHTY who is in need and very needed by His creatures.
The nature of Iftiqariyyah consists of nine (9) kinds namely: Wahdaniyah, Qudrat, Iradat, Science, Hayat, Kaunuhu Qadiran, Kaunuhu Muridan, Kaunuhu ' Aliman, Kaunuhu Hayyan.

Some of the scholars also grouped the mandatory nature of Allah ALMIGHTY into four (4) groups, that is :
1. The nature of Kamal has the meaning of the Almighty nature of Allah, those are: form, Qidam, Baqa ', Mukhalafatul Lil Hawaditsi, and Qiyamuhu Binafsisahi
2. The nature of Jalal has the meaning of the nature of Allah ALMIGHTY based on greatness traits, among others: Qudrat, Iradat, Science, Hayyat.
3. The nature of Jalal is a trait of Allah ALMIGHTY that shows that Allah has no shortage. There are six properties of Jalal (6) those are Sama ', Bashar, Kalam, Kaunuhu Sami'an, the Kaunuhu Bashiran, and Kaunuhu Muttakalliman.
4. The nature of Qahar is the character of Allah ALMIGHTY that shows the ability and the courage of Allah. The nature of Qahar consists of five (5) kinds, those are Wahdaniyah, Kaunuhu Qadiran, Kaunuhu Muridan, Kaunuhu ' Aliman, and Kaunuhu Hayyan.

Thus the article on the meaning of the pillars of faith first believers in Allah ALMIGHTY. By understanding the twenty obligatory nature of Allah, we will strengthen our faith in Allah ALMIGHTY.
